This image is an attempt to recreate the feel and power of the Audi R8 in 3D. Max was used for modeling and texturing, using mainly the editable poly and basic modeling tools. Some of the details in areas like the headlights and rims got quite heavy. The final scene was over 8 million polys and took 15 hours to render. We used Vray for rendering, with some post-work in Photoshop.
